Applications are invited for the post of Assistant Professor in the Faculty of ‘Integrated Rural & Tribal Development and Management (IRTDM)’ located at Morabadi, Ranchi, (Jharkhand) of Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University.
Post: Assistant Professor – Agricultural Entomology (One Post).
Eligibility:
- BSc. (Ag.) with minimum 65% marks in percentage system OR its equivalent grade in point scale system by a recognized University.
- Master’s degree in Agricultural Entomology with minimum 60% marks in percentage system OR its equivalent grade in point scale system by a recognized University.
- Ph.D. from a recognized University and should have cleared NET/SET conducted by UGC/CSIR/ICAR. Candidates without Ph.D. may be considered for contractual/temporary position.
Preferable:
Teaching and/or research/project management experience, field/farm experience.
Salary: According to UGC scales of pay, subject to possessing qualifications as per UGC norms.
